Women's Self Defense-2 (WSD-2)  This course builds on the foundation learned inWomen's Self Defense-1and is a prerequisite for Women's Self Defense-3 The combatives you will learn have been adapted and distilled from a variety of martial arts and other fighting sources. This course is 2.5 hours.

Violence of action, rage with reason or a steely resolve to get away to safety all have one thing in common; they describe the mindset required to prevail in a violent personal encounter. We spend significant time helping you to learn this crucial principle as well as teaching you some practical physical application skills to enhance this critical mindset.

This course is a combination of classroom and physical combatives training. Appropriate for ages 14 and up. All physical activity is practiced at your own comfort level.

  • Women's Self Defense-1 classroom review 
  • Disparity factors - recognition and overcoming
  • Force multipliers - recognition and application
  • Women's Self Defense-1 combatives review
  • Effective hammer punches
  • Effective elbow strikes
  • Effective knee strikes
  • Learning the combat shuffle
  • ​Mild stress drill

Course Requirements:
